Remove and replace various roofs at the two parks. Fox Brook Park, 2925 N Barker Rd Brookfield, WI 53045 Fox River Park, W264 S4500 River Road Waukesha, WI 53189 The Work under this Contract shall include all labor, materials, and related items to complete the roof system replacements at (2) separate County facilities. These facilities within the County Parks System will be open and operational during the project and will require coordination with Owner's representative to maintain public access during construction. The Work shall include: a. Permitting as required by municipality. b. Tear off of old roofing. c. Repair/replace soffit and fascia as required. d. Reinstall existing sky lights with new flashing. e. Install new asphalt shingles and vent boots. f. Replace/add gutters and downspouts. g. Site restoration - clean and free of debris.
