**As of March 6th, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded.The project is expected to be awarded on March 9th, 2026.** The following work covered under specific funding shall include: The project will include improvements to the Wayne Street Lift Station, the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), and the sanitary sewer system. At the lift station, work will involve installation of a new submersible pump, new precast concrete top and hatch, davit crane, and permanent propane generator with an automatic transfer switch. The WWTP scope includes removing existing chlorine disinfection equipment, making minor structural modifications, and installing a new packaged PVC UV disinfection system within an existing re-aeration basin. Other tasks include adding alarms and meters to the existing Mission telemetry system, adding stabilization bracing to sludge dewatering piping, and valve replacements. Sanitary sewer system enhancements will consist of installing 12 new sanitary sewer manholes with full-depth composite lining and CCTV of the sanitary sewer and stormwater collection systems along Harrison Street.
