The Engineer's estimated range for this project is between $1.70 and $1.95 million. The bid bond shall have a value not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. All work shall be completed within Seventy-Five (75) working days of receiving a Notice to Proceed. Time extensions may be granted for rainfall days that prevent work that is already in progress. The City of Puyallup reserves the right to accept a proposal of the lowest responsible bidder, reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities in the bid or in the bidding.
