Questions Due Date: Feb 24th 2026, 12:00 PM MST All requests for interpretation of the Contract Documents shall be made in writing via BONFIRE no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to opening of Bids. OWNER or ENGINEER will post the written interpretation on BONFIRE. If the OWNER or ENGINEER does not respond to a Bidder's request for interpretation the Bidder shall comply with the intent and terms of the Contract Documents. Base Bid Schedule A: The Work to be performed for this schedule is located at the Public Works Building, 10996 S Redwood Rd, South Jordan, and generally includes the Construction of 10-in Thick Fiber Reinforced Concrete Parking Lot, but it is not limited to: Coordination with City Staff; Site Surveying; Material Sampling and Testing; Concrete Forms; New Concrete Dowl Tying into Existing Concrete on Perimeter; Final Grading; and Clean up. Base Bid Schedule B: The Work to be performed for this schedule is located at the Animal Shelter, 10882 S Park Rd, South Jordan, and generally includes the Construction of 10-in Thick Fiber Reinforced Concrete Parking Lot, but it is not limited to: Coordination with City Staff; Site Surveying; Material Sampling and Testing; Concrete Forms Final Grading; and Clean up. Contractor will be responsible of Quality Control; All Labor, Supplies, Tools, Equipment, Parts, Rentals, Fuels, Utilities, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Mobilization and all other Costs including Overhead and Profit. Prices are all-inclusive of complete and functional improvements. Contractor shall comply with all current APWA and City Specifications. South Jordan City will be responsible for Clearing, Grubbing & Grading; Site Preparation; and Furnish and Installation of Untreated Base Course. Alternative Bid Schedule C: The Work to be performed for this schedule might be an addition to the construction of the Public Works parking lot described in Schedule A generally includes the Furnish and Installation of Basket Assemblies per Contractors are expected to examine the IFB carefully to become thoroughly familiar with all conditions and requirements. All local, city, state, and federal standards, codes, and specifications must be followed. Contractors should review the IFB to provide a bid, and the City will check the low bid for market price reflection. All required information and documents in the RFB must be completed and submitted. All questions must be submitted via BONFIRE by the specified Q&A deadline, and any other forms of communication regarding this project with City employees are prohibited. Bids must be submitted online through Bonfire before the deadline. Registration on the BONFIRE website is required for bid submissions and notifications. No paper bids will be accepted and inquiries must use the Bonfire online platform. The City reserves the right to award the bid in full or in part and to reject any bid not in the City's best interest or not meeting established standards or criteria. APWA 261.4. Contractors have discretion on the location on the Spacing of the Joints.
