The Town of Pembroke Park seeks a qualified Contractor to provide installation-only services for an emergency generator. The Town will furnish the emergency generator (Tradewinds Power Corp Model 350 T3 Standby UL Generator Set, 350 kW) and the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). The Contractor must coordinate delivery with the Town and manufacturer, and upon delivery, assume responsibility for unloading, rigging, setting in place, securing, protecting, and storing the equipment as necessary until final installation. The Contractor's bid must include all labor, equipment, materials (except for the generator and ATS), supervision, coordination, testing, startup, commissioning, factory-authorized startup services, and all incidental work needed to receive, install, connect, integrate, and place into full operational service the Town-furnished equipment, as specified in the Technical Specifications, Contract Drawings, and Tradewinds specification sheet. All costs associated with factory-authorized startup, commissioning, performance testing, and warranty validation must be included. The Contractor must coordinate with the manufacturer or its representative to ensure proper startup procedures for warranty protection and provide complete closeout documentation, including startup reports, warranty registration confirmation, operating manuals, and warranty certificates. The scope includes ensuring a fully operational, code-compliant emergency power generator, with all necessary labor, materials, equipment, or services to achieve a complete and functional installation, regardless of whether explicitly shown or specified, with no additional cost to the Town. The contractor is responsible for coordination with the Town, Engineer, Florida Power & Light (FPL), and other agencies as required.
