The Municipality of Moonbeam is seeking quotations from qualified contractors for Tennis and pickleball court surfacing at the Municipal Tennis Court located in Moonbeam, Ontario. The successful proponent shall supply all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the following: supply and installation of acrylic tennis court surfacing system; application of colour coats and line painting to regulation standards; crack repair and surface levelling as required; final cleaning and protection of completed surface. Work shall comply with Tennis Canada / ITF court standards (or equivalent), and all materials must be suitable for Canadian climate conditions. Surface system is to be designed for outdoor, municipal use, and all workmanship must meet industry best practices. Bidders must include a breakdown of all costs, demonstrate experience with sports court surfacing, and provide company profile, relevant experience, and at least two references for similar work. Proof of general liability insurance (minimum $2,000,000 per occurrence) and proof of WSIB or equivalent clearance are required. Quotations will be evaluated based on price, experience, compliance with scope and specifications, and schedule and availability. The Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and to cancel the RFQ at any time without obligation.
