Contractors meeting City of Andover's Bidding Pre-Requisite (City Resolution 14-06) are invited to submit bids for the Water Distribution System Serving Southern Hills 1st, Andover, Butler County, Kansas. Bids must be submitted by registered Contractors through the City's Bid Management software - Virtual Bid. Bid documents and plans are available only from the City's Virtual Bid website. Only bids from Contractors who have registered and "Added Bid to Company" prior to submittal will be accepted.
