Sealed bids will be received for the provision of demolition and removal of buildings and structures services. Bidders are to use the required Agreement, fill in the property location to be demolished by street location, the contractor's name, address, telephone numbers, email address, the lump sum bid amount, and include a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid to guarantee execution of the contract. The Agreement must be executed by an authorized representative, and additional information about the bidder may be included on a separate page. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with 'demolition bid/03.03.2026/list street address' and delivered or mailed to the City Clerk before the deadline. Each bidder must also provide a Business Relationships Affidavit and Non-Collusion Affidavit with the sealed bid. The City will contract with the lowest responsible bidder or may reject all bids or take other action in its best interest. Incomplete bids or those received after the deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened. No bids may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled closing time.
