Sealed Proposals (CSP) for the turnkey replacement of high school stadium lighting with LED at the five LISD high schools, as part of the 2024 Bond Program. The project involves replacing all existing football stadium lighting with new, LED sports lighting and installing a new control hub in each stadium's control booth. Replacing lighting includes the reuse of existing light poles and infrastructure. The scope includes electrical and communication/fiber installations. This project may be awarded to one or multiple vendors by campus, multiple campuses, or all five high schools as determined to be the best value to Lewisville Independent School District. Contractor shall supply and install a complete LED lighting system that meets or exceeds the quantity, quality, and operational criteria for the following outdoor sports venues as outlined in the contract documents and University Interscholastic League (UIL) standards. Contractor shall remove and replace existing luminaires with new LED fixtures, reuse existing poles, foundations, and electrical circuits from the source breaker to the poles, and incorporate theatrical RGB effects and mandatory mobile app controls.
