This project involves repair and improvements of existing municipal sidewalk, which includes the raising and leveling of uneven sidewalk slabs, the removal and replacement of damaged sidewalk slabs, and the construction of ADA compliant sidewalk ramps. Bid Documents may also be downloaded from MITA (Michigan Infrastructure & Transportation Association). The maximum total contract amount for the project is $163,000.00, and the minimum contract amount that can be guaranteed to the contractor is $138,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question Deadline 03/03/2026 at 3:00 PM ET - Questions, comments, or concerns of any Bidder regarding bid or the contract documents must be submitted in writing by 3:00 pm on March 3, 2026.
