Renovation of an educational facility in Holt, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Holt Public Schools is seeking bids for the replacement of exterior doors and hardware replacement for the following three (3) school buildings (maps attached): 1. Horizon Elementary School - Work may start after June 10th 5776 W. Holt Rd, Holt Mi 48842 2. Wilcox Elementary School - Work may start after June 10th 1650 Laurelwood Rd, Holt Mi 48842 3. Holt High School - North Campus - Work may start after May 15th 5780 W. Holt Rd, Holt MI 48842 The district will not respond to any Request for Clarification received after 4:00 PM on Monday, January 19, 2026. Requests for Clarification and inquiries must be made via e-mail. All Requests for Clarification must be directed to Ryan Zoumbaris, Director of Facilities, at ryan.zoumbaris@hpsk12.net with subject line: "Exterior Door/Hardware Replacement."
