Renovation of a mixed-use development in Holt, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Holt Public Schools is seeking bids for the replacement of flooring for the following two (2) school buildings (maps attached): 1. Midway Early Learning Center 4552 Spahr Avenue, Holt Mi 48842 Commencement of Work: Work must be performed between July 1, 2025, and be completed by August 10, 2025 All responses must be printed and signed. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail or in the handling of the mail by employees of Holt Public Schools. Whether sent by regular mail or by means of personal delivery, the bidder assumes responsibility for having its bid deposited on time at the specified location. Bids over $30,512.00 must be accompanied by a certified check or treasury listed bid bond, as listed in the U.S. Department of Treasury Circular 570, in minimum amount of 5% of bid amount. Bids not received without this guaranty will not be read or considered. Contractors may withdraw their proposals any time before the due date. Proposals may not be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the due date.
