Holt Public Schools is seeking bids for the replacement of exterior doors and hardware replacement for the following two (2) school buildings (maps attached): 1. Holt Transportation 2125 Delhi St, Holt Mi 48842 2. Midway Early Learning Center 4552 Spahr Avenue, Holt Mi 48842 Prospective contractors may request that the district clarify information contained in this RFP. All such requests must be made by writing via email. The district will attempt to provide a written response to all written Requests for Clarification within five (5) business days after receipt of such request. The district will not respond to any Request for Clarification received after 4:00 PM on Monday, December 16, 2024. Requests for Clarification and inquiries must be made via e-mail. All Requests for Clarification must be directed to Ryan Zoumbaris, Director of Facilities, at ryan.zoumbaris@hpsk12.net with subject line: Exterior Door/Hardware Replacement. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose proposal is within the competitive range and determined to be the most advantageous to Holt Public Schools. Price, experience, references, and other factors are considered. Holt Public Schools reserves the right to make awards within sixty (60) days after the date of the bid opening during which period bids may not be withdrawn.
