The City of Milpitas is seeking bids from qualified vendors for exploratory work to determine the extent of the leak from the recycled water main at the terminus of Curtis Avenue, in the utility easement adjacent to the UPRR and BART railroad tracks behind Flex, Inc. at 777 Gibraltar Dr. The work includes all site preparation, excavation, preservation of existing utilities, shoring, cutting of the recycled water line (revocable), installation of an isolation valve (revocable), backfilling, pavement restoration, and all miscellaneous work as detailed in the Contract documents.
