Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manchester, Maryland. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for paving for a water / sewer project.
Project to rebid. Details to follow. The Town of Manchester Department of Public Works is soliciting proposals for a qualified contractor to pave the access lane to Ferrier Water Pump Station located at 3051 Walnut Street (rear). Vendor attendance is required at the pre-bid conference to be held at the project location. The existing lane is approximately 1220' long and 11' wide. o Include a turnaround/parking area approximately 25' X 50'. o The bidder/contractor is responsible for measurements and quantity calculations. o Grading the existing gravel/millings lane as required. o Thickness shall be a minimum-4" rolled measurement finish base mix. o Periodic water breaks will be included. o No Maintenance of Traffic is required. o Project completion on or before Friday, May 15, 2026. AMOUNT OF CERTIFIED CHECK AMOUNT OF BID OR BID BOND REQUIRED 0 TO $10,000.00 5% OF Total Bid Over $10,000.00 $500.00 plus 1% of amount in excess of $10,000.00 Any questions regarding this bid document shall be posed through the Public Purchase Website.
