Janitorial services include providing all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies necessary to perform complete cleaning services at Riverside National Cemetery. Work includes cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, offices, conference rooms, visitor centers, and other designated facilities; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, replenishing restroom and breakroom supplies, and cleaning glass surfaces. All serviced areas must be maintained in accordance with National Cemetery Administration standards and kept in a respectful condition at all times. Work must comply with federal, state, and local health and safety regulations and be scheduled to avoid interference with funeral services, memorial ceremonies, and public visitation. The contractor is responsible for safeguarding Government property while performing all tasks. Location: Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, CA 92518.
