Work includes replacement of the entire mechanical system, including ductwork, sensors, air handling units 1 and 2, and all associated controls, including fire alarm controls. The project also includes replacement of the existing main fire water supply line from the street main to the riser room, including replacement of the post indicator valve. Testing, balancing, and commissioning of the complete mechanical system and fire suppression systems shall be performed following installation. The building area affected is 34,281 square feet. Contract duration is estimated at 350 calendar days, and the estimated cost range is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
