Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work to be performed includes furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees to construct a new roundabout and associated sidewalk, curb, lighting, landscaping, irrigation, stormwater, and water improvements. Each proposal shall be submitted electronically via email in PDF format with the Project Name on the subject line, or as required in the Bid Documents. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit by certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The successful bidder must enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the Specifications, or the bid deposit will be forfeited. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor irregularities or informalities, and award the Project to the lowest responsive responsible bidder. No bidder may withdraw a proposal after bid opening, unless the award is delayed for more than sixty (60) days. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be given full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Bidders are recommended to register online to receive notifications of addenda.
