Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Waveland, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work shall consist primarily of rehabilitation of sanitary sewer lift stations, including lining, new pumps, check valves, gate valves, replacement of guide rails, and sewer pipe. Bids must be submitted using the standard forms provided in the contract documents. Each bid must include a certified check or a bidder's bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price as bid security, payable to the owner. Bidders may be asked to submit a current financial statement. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond and a payment bond, each for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. All required documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with "Sanitary Sewer Lift Station Rehabilitation Project" and the Certificate of Responsibility Number. Bids must be deposited with the City of Waveland or submitted online at www.wavelandmsbids.com prior to the deadline. No oral, telegraphic, telephonic, or email proposals will be accepted. An acknowledged, received copy of all addenda must be included with the bid proposal. Work must comply with all Federal, State, and Local regulations and codes. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities.
