The Project consists of decommissioning and removal of an existing package Wastewater Treatment Plant and constructing approximately 2.5 miles of 4" and 8" diameter sewer force main and two (2) lift stations at East Miami Dr., Florida Blvd., and Highway 90 along with potential gravity sewer point repairs in the Oak Harbor neighborhood, Hancock County, MS. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Thursday (between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 5:30 P.M.) and Friday (between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and Noon). Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office as described below. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.
