**As of July 01, 2025, the project was awarded to Bottom 2 Top Construction LLC, with an awarded amount of $3,086,567.42.** Center City Utility Improvements Bid prices are invited for the furnishing of materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary to construct improvements to existing utilities in the areas designated. The work includes but is not limited to the following items: new gravity sewer mains, services and manholes; new water mains; disconnecting existing grinder pump units including electrical components; extend service piping to and connecting to the existing structure sewer service piping; and, property and road restoration. The City of Waveland, Mississippi, reserves the right to consider the following relevant factors in addition to the unit prices in determining the lowest and best bid: bidder's skill and business judgment, his experience and his facilities for carrying out the contract, his previous conduct under other contracts and the quality of previous work, as well as his pecuniary ability, honesty, and integrity. The City also reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
