The City of Waveland requests statements of qualifications from professional engineers to provide professional engineering services for the City of Waveland's 'Waveland Kiln Cutoff Road Safety Improvements Project'. RFQ's shall include, but not limited to engineering design, bid, construction phase, and project close-out services for the City's Waveland Kiln Cutoff Road Safety Improvements Project. This project is funded through State of MS. Senate Bill 2468 (Cap Ex) in the amount of $1,000,000 (received) and $3,679,510 (CDBG Grant) through the Community Development Fund - Economic Development Initiative (EDI), and Department of Housing and Urban Development (applied for) via Congressman Mike Ezell's office. The City of Waveland reserves the right to cancel this RFQ at any time without prior notice, to reject any submissions, and to waive any informalities in the RFQ process.
