Site work for a water / sewer project in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes approximately 2,100 linear feet of full manhole to manhole Cured-In Place Pipe (CIPP) liner repair of 8 diameter sanitary sewers, sani-tary sewer cleaning, close circuit television (CCTV) inspection, and all necessary resto-ration and appurtenances for said construction. Alternates will be considered for approximately 1,200 linear feet of CIPP liner and 18,400 linear feet of CCTV inspection and cleaning. The project involves approximately 2,100 linear feet of full manhole to manhole Cured-In Place Pipe (CIPP) liner repair of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewers, sanitary sewer cleaning, close circuit television (CCTV) inspection, and all necessary restoration and appurtenances for said construction. Alternates may be considered for approximately 1,200 linear feet of CIPP liner and 18,400 linear feet of CCTV inspection and cleaning. All bidders are required to purchase the Bid Documents in PDF format for a non-refundable deposit. Proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. The project is partially financed through grants and bidders must comply with grant requirements. Procurement is subject to the Pennsylvania Steel Products Procurement Act, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, and Public Works Employment Verification Act. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled receipt of bids. Bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
