Site work and paving for a civil project in Wexford, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.
CONTRACT NO. 26-R01 2026 ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS: The scope of work includes approximately 65,000 square yards of roadway milling and profiling, base repair, Superpave WMA binder course, 3/4 " Superpave WMA scratch course, 1 1/2 Superpave WMA wearing course, site grading, structure grade adjustments, line striping, traffic control, add alternates for additional roadway improvements, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction on various roadways in the Township of Pine and Borough of Bradford Woods. CONTRACT NO. 26-R02 2026 ROAD MAINTENANCE - CRACK SEALING: The scope of work includes the rubberized crack sealing (Base Bid - 11,000 linear feet and Alternates for additional linear footage) on various roadways in the Township of Pine and Borough of Bradford Woods. CONTRACT NO. 26-ST1 2026 STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS: The scope of work generally consists of inlet replacements, inlet repairs, storm sewer pipe dig repairs, restoration, traffic control, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction on various Township roadways. All bidders are required to buy the Bid Documents in PDF format for a non-refundable deposit from QuestCDN. Any technical questions regarding the bid documents are to be directed to LSSE. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Township of Pine. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Township of Pine to guarantee the bidder's entrance into the contract if given the award. The Township of Pine reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Procurement is subject to all requirements of the Pennsylvania Steel Products Procurement Act, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, and The Public Works Employment Verification Act. The Township of Pine shall award the construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder or reject all bids received within ninety (90) days of the date of bid opening, but may delay such award or rejection for up to one hundred twenty (120) days from the bid opening date until all required approvals from other governmental agencies are received. Bidders will be required to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
