The City of Thunder Bay, Infrastructure and Operations, invites proposals from qualified firms, who meet the mandatory experience requirements, to maintain and manage the Leaf and Yard Waste Compost Program located at the Solid Waste and Recycling Facility at 5405 Mapleward Road in Thunder Bay, Ontario, in accordance with the requirements described in this request for proposals. Instructions to bidders include that bid submissions must be in English unless otherwise specified, and all submissions are to be made online only. A preview of the bid opportunity and award notices is available free of charge, but to download secured documents and participate in the opportunity, suppliers are required to either have a subscription plan or purchase pay-per-bid access if they do not have an active subscription.
