The City of Thunder Bay, Infrastructure and Operations, invites proposals from qualified firms, who meet the mandatory experience requirements, to maintain and manage the Leaf and Yard Waste Compost Program located at the Solid Waste and Recycling Facility at 5405 Mapleward Road in Thunder Bay, Ontario, in accordance with the requirements described in this request for proposals. Instructions to bidders include that bid submissions must be in English unless otherwise specified, and all submissions are to be made online only.
