* No bids received. Upgrade the fuel oil storage system at the School complete with leak detection and overfill alarms. Install a new 11000 L supply tank and a 1135 L day tank, with tanks pre-purchased by the owner. Upgrade the existing hydronic heating system with two oil-fired boilers, pumps, and appurtenances. Replace the existing heat recovery unit in the mechanical room. Connect an existing air handling unit located in the crawlspace to the hydronic heating system. Connect ductwork for the air handler to the existing unit and floor grilles. Commission all new systems.
