Royalton Borough Authority is requesting bids for the construction of the 2026 Sewer Improvements Project. The project consists of the completion of CIPP lining of approximately 3,510 feet of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer main, reinstatement of approximately 42 sanitary sewer laterals, rehabilitation of nine sanitary sewer manholes, associated work, surface restoration, and all other work identified in the contract documents. Bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. All questions about the bidding documents are to be submitted via the PennBID Program. Bidders must comply with all state anti-bid-rigging regulations and submit a non-collusion affidavit. Bidders must comply with statutes regarding environmental pollution prevention and must utilize the Federal Governments E-Verify system as required by the Public Works Employment Verification Act. All bidders are required to submit a Public Works Employment Verification Form as a precondition for contract award. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act applies. Bids are irrevocable for 60 days after the bid opening date unless delayed by other required government approvals or funding. The Royalton Borough Authority reserves the right to waive defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, or informalities, accept any bid or combination of bids in the best interest of the Authority, or reject any or all proposals.
