Renovation of a mixed-use development in Northampton Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; educational facility; and educational facility.
The following projects are being solicited for sealed bids in the form of SINGLE prime lump sum contract(s): CRSD High Schools North and South Tech Lab Exhaust Systems CRSD High School North Partial Roof Replacement CRSD Holland Middle School Café Carpet, Bathroom Tile & Wall Board Repair A mandatory pre-bid conference will be conducted. Only attendees of this meeting will be permitted to bid. Prospective bidders must obtain contract documents in PDF format directly from the designated provider after payment of a non-refundable fee per project. Bidders must include the contract(s) being bid on, company name, contact person, address, phone and cellular numbers, and email address with their request for documents. Replacement of existing carpet on cafeteria stairs with new rubber flooring treads and risers; install new wall tile in existing gang bathrooms throughout the school and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Electronic Contract Documents: To Bid the Project, prospective bidders must obtain the Contract Documents in PDF format directly from CHA by contacting dei@chasolutions.com. Documents will be sent electronically after receipt of payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per project. Checks or money orders shall be made payable to "CHA" and mailed to 1 E. Broad Street, Suite 310, Bethlehem, PA 18018. Cash will not be accepted. Bidders must supply the following information with their request for documents: the contract(s) you are bidding on, company name, contact person, complete address, phone and cellular numbers, and email address. Documents will be available on March 2, 2026. Question Deadline 03/20/2026 All questions must be submitted in writing as follows. Phone calls are not permitted.
