Site work and paving for a road / highway in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The Town of Mount Pleasant is seeking a contract for improvements along Long Point Road and I-526. The work will involve delineating turning movements and providing improved accommodations for pedestrians and bicyclists. The work will consist of, but is not limited to, construction of concrete medians, construction and demolition of concrete sidewalk, installation of concrete pipe, and traffic signal equipment modification and installation. Work also includes pavement markings and signage. The construction time for this project shall be one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from the commencement date in the Notice to Proceed. The scope of work is more completely described in the plans and specifications The Procurement Division for the Town of Mount Pleasant (Town) will receive Bids from qualified and interested Bidders for the construction of the Long Point / I-526 Slip Lane Project, as specified within the Bid Documents contained herein.
