Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Waterville, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

The work includes reconstruction and widening of the existing roadway, including approximately 3,700 square yards of full-width roadway overlay and 2,100 square yards of roadway reconstruction, consisting of pavement removal, subgrade preparation, and placement of new pavement section. The work also includes minor curb and gutter improvements, construction and modification of Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant sidewalk curb ramp, and associated sidewalk replacement. Additional work consists of traffic control, grading, drainage adjustments, restoration of disturbed areas, and all other incidental and related work necessary to complete the project, all in accordance with the attached contract plans, the contract provisions, and the standard specifications. Bids must be submitted online through QuestCDN.com. All contractors must be licensed in the State of Washington. The contract time for all work is 40 working days, and all work must be physically completed by October 31, 2026. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount not less than 5 percent of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish additional bonds for the faithful performance of the contract. The owner may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed requirements and may reject any or all bids for good cause. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to bid.
