Renovation of an educational facility in Waterville, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project consists generally of modernization of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems serving the main school building, including HVAC upgrades, electrical and lighting improvements, controls integration, commissioning coordination, classroom audio/visual upgrades and standardization, and associated work, together with repairs to EIFS soffit and fascia, and additive alternates as described in the contract documents. Sealed base bids with alternate proposals must be submitted by the specified deadline. Contractors must attend at least one mandatory pre-bid walk-through to be eligible to bid. The Waterville School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. Maximum practicable opportunity for participation by Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE), and Veteran-Owned Businesses is encouraged, but no minimum level of participation is required as a condition of selection.
