Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Breckenridge, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

All firms are invited to submit a sealed Bid for sewer main and manhole inspection, and spot repairs in Breckenridge, Colorado. The project includes UV Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining of approximately 5,500 lineal feet of 6" and 8" sewer main line, 1,500 lineal feet of 24" sewer trunk line, and lining of 34 each, 4-ft. diameter brick manholes totaling approximately 330 vertical feet. The work includes cleaning, debris disposal, video inspection of sewer mains and manholes, spot repairs of sewer mains and manholes, bypass pumping, surveying, and traffic control. Bids must be submitted on the provided Bid Form and include bid security of not less than 5 percent of the maximum bid price in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or bid bond. Bids must remain irrevocable for 60 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities. Question Deadline 02/27/2026: All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
