Renovation of a municipal facility in Breckenridge, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department is seeking proposals from qualified professionals for masonry restoration and concrete replacement services. Proposals will be selected based on qualifications, relevant experience, schedule, and cost. Proposals must besubmitted either electronically or by hardcopy until 2:00 PM MST/MDT, March 25, 2026. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who best meets the requirements of Summit County and the public interest. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities or informalities, and conduct investigations or negotiations as necessary to select the most responsible and responsive proposal. Submit questions regarding the proposals to wayne.byrne@summitcountyco.gov The selected contractor shall provide best practice, methods, and means to provide labor, equipment and all other incidentals necessary to provide services to remove and replace concrete sidewalks, curb & gutter, stairs and landings associated with the Sherriff’s entry at the Summit County Justice Center. All concrete, asphalt and brick spoils will become property of contractor to dispose of offsite.
