The City of Wildomar (City) is accepting proposals from qualified firms for Construction Management and Inspection for the Bundy Canyon Road Improvement Project (CIP 026-2) in accordance with the Scope of Work, terms, and conditions shown in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Prospective respondents are advised to read this information carefully prior to submitting a proposal. Bundy Canyon Road is an existing corridor that connects the I-15 with the I-215 through the cities of Wildomar and Menifee. The western portion of the project, from Cherry Street to Sunset Avenue, is within the City of Wildomar. The eastern portion of the project, from Sunset Avenue to Haun Road/Zeiders Road, is within the City of Menifee. The City of Wildomar, hereinafter referred to as CITY, has partitioned Bundy Canyon Road into three segments: Segment 1 from I-15 to Oak Creek Canyon drive; Segment 2 from Oak Creek Canyon Drive to The Farm Road; and Segment 3 from The Farm Road to Sunset Avenue.
