Description

Remodeling of a medical facility in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the remodel of a medical facility.

Central District Health will receive and publicly open sealed and clearly marked bids for the Boise Bathroom Remodel 2026, Bid FAC2604. Bids must be submitted online to bids@cdh.idaho.gov or in hard copy no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on April 10, 2026. All emailed bids will be electronically date and time stamped upon submission, while hard copy bids must be sealed and will be manually date and time stamped when received. Central District Health reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Information and specifications can be downloaded from Central District Health's website. There is a mandatory walk-through on March 16, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and March 17, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at Central District Health, 707 N Armstrong Pl., Boise, Idaho, 83704. Attendance at one of these sessions is required for eligibility to participate in the bid. Review the bid packet thoroughly prior to the meeting. Questions must be emailed using the question/answer form in the bid packet no later than 4:00 p.m. local time, on March 25, 2026.
