**As of March 20, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The work to be performed consists of providing all labor, material, tools and equipment necessary to demolish and dispose of picnic shelter concrete floor slab, install new picnic shelter including concrete slab floor with footings per plan, remove and construct new concrete improvements, install benches, and other tasks as specified in the Bid Sheet. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, in a sealed envelope marked with the project and bid number. Bids received after the stated deadline will not be considered. All bids must be made on the forms provided by the City and will be publicly opened and read aloud. Each bid must include the required bid security and a list of proposed subcontractors, as well as evidence of a current City Business License (for both contractor and subcontractors), insurance, a Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Bond.
