Renovation of a mixed-use development in Portland, Oregon. Working plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade educational facility.
The project exterior scope includes roof top unit, air handling unit, louvers, and hot water coil pump installation, skylight infill, northeast, southeast and northwest storefront demolition and infill as well as renovations of northeast and southwest storefronts. Interior renovations consist of terminal units, piping, ductwork, diffusers, grilles and electrical installation as well as first floor classroom, a break room, meeting rooms, offices, storage space as well as second floor computer lab and flex space. Scope details have not been released. As of February 18, 2026 the project is in final design stage and seeking building permit approval from the City of Portland.
