Site work for a water / sewer project in Frisco, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water pump station.
Sealed bids are invited for the work necessary for the Churchill Lift Station Package covering approximately 0.6 acres in Denton County, Texas. A certified/cashier's check or acceptable bidder's bond for at least five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder must enter into a contract and furnish bonds as required within fifteen (15) days of notice of award, or the check or bond will be forfeited. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and technicalities. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference, conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams, is required for all bidders; bids will not be accepted from those not represented at this conference.
