Qualified designbuild firms are invited to submit sealed bids for the final design and construction of a permanent monument sign to be located on the northeast corner of US Route 15 and PA Route 45, at 842-844 Market Street, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. The project is funded through the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) with public and private matching funds and is subject to applicable State and Federal Prevailing Wage requirements. Electronic bid documents may be obtained by emailing the Lewisburg Downtown Partnership Executive Director. Hard copies are available at the LDP office. Sealed bids will be received until 5:00 PM on March 6, 2026. LDP reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive information. Point of Contact: Lynne Sobel Ragusea, Executive Director, Lewisburg Downtown Partnership, lynne.ragusea@lewisburgpa.com, 570-523-1743 Design Responsibilities The Contractor shall: a) Prepare the final monument sign constructions drawings consistent with the preliminary design drawings, LDP's goals, and any provided brand standards. b) Provide construction drawings, indicating dimensions, structural and decorative elements, materials, finishes, and utilities. c) Ensure that the design complies with all applicable zoning codes, sign ordinances, building codes, ADA standards (as applicable) and sightline considerations. d) Prepare permit-ready drawings and documentation, required for review and approval. (e) Coordinate with the LDP throughout the final design, review, permitting, and construction process.( f ) Incorporate up to two (2) reasonable final design revisions, at no additional cost Final design is subject to LDP approval prior to construction. Note: Landscaping is not included in the base scope of work, unless specifically noted, and shall be provided only as an add alternate, upon approval by the LDP.
