Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Furnish and place approximately 328 tons of Flexible Base Replacement with 25MM Base Course, 3,603 tons of Superpave Asphalt 19MM Binder, 37 tons of Paved Tie-Ins with 9.5MM Wearing Course, 4,029 tons Asphalt 9.5 MM Wearing Course, 5,822 SY Asphalt Milling 2 Depth, 206 SY Variable Depth Asphalt Milling, (4) each ADA Ramp with Truncated Domes including design and construction, and 210 LF Rolled Curb using Wearing Course. A bituminous Escalator Clause and PA Prevailing Wage Rates are included. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Bid must be accompanied by three references, a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of contract. A certified check or performance bond in the amount of 100% of contract, made payable to the Municipality, will be required from the lowest responsible bidder for contract. Proposals must be upon forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
