The Town of Ridgeville will be accepting public bids on the completion of the demolition of a structure located at 102 S Walnut St. in Ridgeville, Indiana, parcel ID # 68-05-12-279-067.000-002. Bids shall be in accordance with instructions and specifications which are available at the Town Hall at 106 S Walnut St., Ridgeville, Indiana 47380. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the type marked thereon. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding due to error. Complete demolition ofthe structure. Remove all remaining concrete from the premises. All materials are to be disposed ofin a manner and at a disposal site as required by State and Federal Laws and Regulations. Properly close all sewage drains, storm drains, and water utility service lines on the property. Infill site with dirt and bring up to grade. Area to be seeded for grass
