Contractors are invited to apply to be placed on Quick Response Tender (QRT) source lists for work required by the Department of National Defence at 14 Wing Greenwood, NS. The source lists cover the following categories of services: Commercial General Contracting, Residential General Contracting, and Mechanical Contracting, for projects with an estimated value up to $500,000. Contractors must submit a separate application form by email for each service category they wish to apply for. Application forms sent by fax or mail will not be accepted. The language selected by the applicant for the QRT Source List will apply for all communications, tender documents, and contract execution for the duration of the list. Tenders and contracts under the QRT source lists may contain organization and personnel security requirements. Contracts will include measurable performance standards as detailed in DCL81-Performance Evaluation Guidelines, and contractors receiving an unacceptable score may be removed from the source list. Pre-qualification requirements: Although a security clearance is not required to be added to the source list, tenders and contracts may contain security requirements such as Designated Organization Screening (DOS) and reliability status for personnel, or more stringent requirements such as Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of SECRET with approved Document Safeguarding (DSC) and secret clearance for personnel.
