Stockton University is seeking proposals from qualified civil engineering firms to furnish civil engineering services for upcoming projects on an on-call, as-needed basis. Work may be assigned for properties within campus boundaries and other remote locations that are owned, leased, operated, or under control by the University, including sites in Galloway, Atlantic City, Hammonton, Manahawkin, and Woodbine, NJ. The scope includes developing, reviewing, modifying, and validating site development programs; preparing comprehensive construction documents and specifications; and engaging necessary engineering and specialty consultants (such as for survey, site engineering, lighting design, landscaping, stormwater management, land use permitting, and environmental reporting). Deliverables include drawings, specifications, presentations, schedules, and cost estimates in hard copy format. Schematic submission requirements include progress prints from partially completed drawings, an outline of specifications, and points of interconnection to existing utility infrastructure. Design development submissions require fifty percent completed contract drawings, including cover sheets, construction staging and logistics plans, demolition plans, and site improvement plans. Bidders are expected to follow these submission guidelines.
