Site work for a water / sewer project in Galloway, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids are solicited for the CIPP lining of 10,200 linear feet of a 21-inch ACP gravity main. The work includes cleaning, video pipe and manhole inspection, traffic control, temporary bypass, CIPP lining, non-structural manhole repair, and structural manhole repair. All work is to be performed according to the plans and specifications. The project location begins at the manhole known as P-59, at the intersection of White Horse Pike and Rosemarie Ave, and continues to the Pomona Pump Station, including the 21-inch gravity main and all associated manholes within the project area. All bids must be accompanied by acceptable bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid, not to exceed $20,000.00. Surety bonds must be written by surety companies listed on Department Circular 570 (NJSA 7:22-3.1.17(g). Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq, and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Question Deadline 04/21/2026 at 5:00 PM ET All questions relating to technical aspects of the bid are to be directed in writing to the Authority Procurement and Contracts Manager via electronically. No Questions Will Be Answered Over the Phone. Questions should be asked in consecutive order, from beginning to end, following the organization of the bid document. Any questions received after the deadline shall not be entertained. The project sponsor has identified that the SED utilization goal for this project is: 10%.
