The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to construct approximately 1,110 square feet of selective second-floor interior renovations and associated improvements. The primary work involves reconfiguring Room 204 into two medical exam rooms, a lab, and a restroom. Work includes partitions, clinical millwork, plumbing for hot/cold sinks, specialized electrical, and high-performance finishes. Refurbishment of Room 207 Laundry infrastructure (plumbing, electrical, and exhaust venting) is included. Project includes building-wide carpet replacement and all ADA/code compliance improvements. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked appropriately. Bids over $50,000 must have the contractor's certificate of responsibility number on the envelope or a statement indicating the bid does not exceed $50,000. Bid documents must be purchased and bidders must register with a valid email. Electronic bid submission is available. Each bid must include a Bid Bond, certified check, or bank draft payable to the owner in an amount equal to five percent of the total bid. Bids may be held for up to 90 days for review prior to contract award. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
