Renovation of a military facility in Pascagoula, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The United States Coast Guard is accepting quotes for qualified individuals or firms to provide and install all parts/materials/tools needed for a new roll-up bay door and remove the existing at Station Pascagoula, MS. Furnish all labor, tools, and materials to install a new 20x18 roll-up door and motor operator as per the provided specifications. All work is to be completed in accordance with the scope of work / specifications. The scope of work includes more details of what the USCG needs. This will be a firm-fixed priced purchase order awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. The evaluation factors are: - Price - Technical Acceptability - Past Performance Make sure to provide your price, technical approach, and past performance with your quote. Location: U.S. Coast Guard Station Pascagoula, Building 110, 108 Singing River Island, Pascagoula, MS 39595. Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials needed for a new Roll-Up Bay door at Station Pascagoula. Supplying the new parts for installment and testing for proper use. A. Contractors shall provide and install all parts/materials/tools needed for a new roll-up bay door and remove the existing. Furnish all labor, tools, and materials to install a new 20x18 roll-up door and motor operator as per the provided specifications. B. Demolition & Disposal Remove the existing bay door and all associated components. The contractor is responsible for the legal disposal of all old parts and construction debris, providing a disposal receipt to the COR. C. Safety & Compliance The installation must strictly adhere to UL 325 standards. This includes ensuring the door reverses within two seconds of contact with an obstruction and installing mandatory safety devices (photo-eyes and a pressure-sensitive bottom edge). D. Testing & Commissioning Thoroughly test the new door and its safety features (reversal mechanism, photo-eyes, safety edge) to ensure proper and safe operation before the project is considered complete. Make all necessary adjustments. E. Site Management Keep the work area clean and free of debris daily. Coordinate all staging and laydown areas with the Coast Guard COR. Comply with all site security, safety, and traffic regulations. F. Personnel & Qualifications The work must be performed by a contractor certified in the state of Mississippi. A complete roster of all on-site personnel must be submitted for security approval before work begins. G. This summary is not all inclusive and delineates only that work items deemed as major to the contract. Ancillary work items necessary to attain the completed project shall be included in the contract as inherent to the work.
