Renovation of a medical facility in Pascagoula, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Sealed bids or electronic bids will be received for the Jackson County Health Department Roof Replacement in Pascagoula, Mississippi. Bids must be submitted in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by Allred Architectural Group. Bid documents are available in both hard and digital copy from specified sources, with all bids requiring appropriate security (Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond) equal to at least five percent of the base bid. Electronic bids must be in PDF format and include all required forms and information. Bidders must include either a Certificate of Responsibility or a statement if the bid does not exceed $50,000. Any bids in excess of $50,000 must comply with Mississippi Code Section 31-3-21. Preference is given to resident contractors, and non-resident bidders must include a copy of their state's law regarding contractor preference. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after the bid opening. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Detailed submission instructions including addressing and labeling of bids are provided, and late or improperly delivered bids will not be considered. MAJURE DRIVE PASCAGOULA, MISSISSIPPISealed bids shall be marked "SEALED BID FOR JACKSON COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT ROOF REPLACEMENT" and submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Joshua Eldridge, Chancery Clerk, 2915 Canty Street, Suite D-Purchasing Department, Pascagoula, MS 39567. Sealed bids may be delivered by mail or hand delivered. Question Deadline 05/13/2026 If any person contemplating submitting a proposal for the proposed Contract is in doubt as to the meaning of any part of the Drawings, Specifications (Project Manual), or other proposed Contract Documents, he may submit to the Architect
