Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Pascagoula, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The project includes the demolition and abandonment of an existing well and structure as well as the construction of a new 1,000 GPM well and upgrades at the Criswell Treatment Facility. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope or electronically with the required marks and documentation. Each bid must be submitted in accordance with Article 15 of the Instructions to Bidders on the prescribed form and accompanied by cash, certified check, cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of Pascagoula in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount bid. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, and certificates of insurance, executed or countersigned by a licensed resident agent of the surety or insurance company in Mississippi, and must be duly licensed and qualified to do business in the state. A current Certificate of Responsibility issued by the State Board of Public Contractors is required prior to bidding. The project requires a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and a one hundred percent (100%) Payment Bond. The Owner reserves the right to investigate the performance record and ability of the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, to reject any or all bids, and to postpone or cancel the bid process as needed.
