Any bid submitted by a nonresident contractor which does not include the nonresident contractor's current state law shall be rejected and not considered for award. ALL BIDS SUBMITTED FOR $50,000 OR LESS SHALL BE SO MARKED ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE SEALED BID ENVELOPE. The Jackson County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and allbids received and to award said bid in the best interest of the County.
