Renovations of multiple buildings located in the Pascagoula-Gautier School District, including Arlington Elementary School, Cherokee Elementary School, College Park Elementary School, Eastlawn Elementary School, Gautier Elementary School, Jackson County Exceptional School, Jackson Elementary School, and Lake Elementary School. The project consists of installing a new intercom system, security cameras, access controls, and door hardware. Bid documents for a Stipulated Sum contract may be obtained from the architect's plan room website upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. Bidders must provide bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check for at least 5 percent of the bid amount. Additional bidding requirements are described in referenced documents. Offers must be submitted on the provided Bid Form and may be supplemented as appropriate. Bids sent by mail or hand delivery must be in a sealed envelope marked with the project name and received by the deadline at the Owner's address. Electronic bid submissions will be accepted through the architect's website, requiring a title page with the same information as a sealed envelope, clearly indicated in the file name. Bids over $50,000 must be marked with the contractor's Mississippi certificate of responsibility number and include proof of Mississippi licensure. Non-resident contractors must include their state's law on non-resident contractors or a statement if such a law does not exist. Offers must remain irrevocable for 60 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
